En: The sea in the background occasionally revealed its salty breath.

En: David happened to be there, at the head of the boulevard, at the exact time and place to momentarily disconnect from the commercial world that operated completely independently from the weather.

He: מסיבה שלא יכול להפוך דוד למנמנם, דוד קפא, אבל רק לרגע.
En: For reasons that couldn't make David sleepy, David froze, but only for a moment.

He: ואז החל לרוץ, חליפה נמרצת ומרוקנת על גוףו, הים החושף יותר מהמלח שלו.
En: And then he started running, a determined and slippery outfit on his body, the sea revealing more than its salt.

En: David had to wait until tomorrow to solve the business-related issue.

En: Perhaps in a different outfit.

He: מחר יזכיר לעצמו לבדוק את התחזית.
En: Tomorrow, he would remind himself to check the forecast.

He: אם דוד יכל ללמוד משהו מהאירוע הזה, זה שהחיים לא יכולים להתנהל במצורים של דקדיק, וכמה שהתכננו דברים, ימיד יהיו דברים שלא נכתבו ברשימה שלנו.
En: If David could learn anything from this event, it's that life cannot be governed by meticulous plans, and no matter how much we plan, there will always be things that are not on our list.

He: וכמה טוב שזה כך.
