Sk: Bolo to miesto, kde sa cítila pokojne a slobodne.
En: It was a place where she felt peaceful and free.

Sk: Z každej strany obdivovala krásu rozkvitnutých kvetov a šum stromov.
En: From all sides, she admired the beauty of blooming flowers and the rustling of trees.

Sk: Vtom sa jej oči zastavili na postave, ktorá sa na prvé pohľad zdala byť Martin, jej dobrý priateľ.
En: Suddenly, her eyes stopped at a figure that at first seemed to be Martin, her good friend.

Sk: Bol otočený chrbtom k nej a pozeral sa smerom k hradu.
En: He had his back turned to her, gazing towards the castle.

Sk: "Martin!" volala na neho Katka. Neotáčal sa, len stál a mlčal.
En: "Martin!" Katka called out to him, but he didn't turn around, just stood there quietly.

Sk: Katka sa zvedavo približovala k nemu. "Martin, čo tu robíš? Prečo sa neobrátiš?"
En: Katka curiously approached him. "Martin, what are you doing here? Why won't you turn around?"

Sk: Zblízka už Katka videla, že niečo nie je v poriadku. Tá postava bola príliš stuhnutá a nehybná.
En: Up close, Katka could see that something was amiss. The figure was too stiff and motionless.

Sk: Srdce jej začalo biť rýchlejšie, keď sa obávala, čo sa stalo s Martinom.
En: Her heart started to beat faster as she feared what had happened to Martin.

Sk: Ale keď stála priamo vedľa nej, spoznala, že to bolo len socha.
En: But when she stood right next to it, she realized it was just a statue.

Sk: Socha rytiera, ktorá stála tam už dlhé storočia, aby strážila hrad.
En: A knight statue that had stood there for centuries, guarding the castle.

Sk: Katka sa začala nahlas smiať na svoju vlastnú zmätenosť. "Ach, ty socha, dobre si ma nachytala!" hovorila chichocúc.
En: Katka started laughing out loud at her own confusion. "Oh, you statue, you got me good!" she chuckled.

Sk: V tom sa ozval známy hlas: "Na koho to tu rozprávaš?"
En: Then, a familiar voice spoke up: "Who are you talking to?"

Sk: Katka sa obrátila a uvidela, že Martin vychádza z kríkov.
En: Katka turned and saw Martin emerging from the bushes.

Sk: Prišiel prísť na prechádzku a videl Katku rozprávajúcu so sochou.
En: He had come for a walk and saw Katka talking to the statue.

Sk: Katka mu vysvetlila celý zážitok a obaja spolu začali vesele hovoriť o tom, ako miesto ako Bratislavský hrad dokáže prebudiť takú fantáziu a množstvo zábavných príbehov.
En: Katka explained the whole experience to him, and they both started happily talking about how a place like Bratislava Castle could inspire such fantasy and many fun stories.

Sk: Prechádzkou po hradných záhradách a povídavkou o histórii sa im podarilo prežiť krásne popoludnie, pričom si užívali výhľad na mesto pod nimi.
En: As they walked through the castle gardens and chatted about its history, they managed to have a beautiful afternoon, enjoying the view of the city below them.

Sk: A socha? Tá im poslúžila na peknú spomienku a príbeh, ktorý si budú pamätať každý krát, keď navštívia hradné záhrady.
En: And the statue? It served as a nice memory and a story they would remember every time they visited the castle gardens.
