In this episode, we'll embark on a hilarious journey through a churro order gone wrong, discovering the beauty of being lost in translation in the vibrant city of Barcelona.

En: The city of Barcelona was shining under the midday sun. Jordi and Marta, siblings, were strolling along La Rambla with their friend Carla.

En: They entered a picturesque churro shop for lunch. Marta, who had a reasonable command of Catalan, was ready to place the order. She asked for three churros with chocolate, but due to a funny misunderstanding, the waiter understood that they wanted thirty-three.

En: The waiter smiled with a strange look and began to prepare a mountain of churros. Jordi and Carla looked at Marta, happy with her ability to communicate in a different language.

En: When they saw such a large quantity of churros appear, they couldn't believe it. Marta blushed and tried to correct herself, but the three of them were already laughing too hard. The waiter joined in the laughter.

En: They spent the entire afternoon eating churros, talking, and laughing on the terrace of the churro shop. They also shared churros with other customers and some passersby. They even invited the waiter to sit with them and share the story.

En: Finally, they ran out of churros. Despite the incident, Marta managed to ask for the bill correctly, to the same waiter, who smiled again.

En: They walked out of the churro shop, looking at the sun touching the sea. Barcelona offered a beautiful view with its modernist buildings, the bustling atmosphere of La Rambla, and the smell of the sea in the background.

En: In that moment, Marta, Jordi, and Carla realized that being "lost in translation" was not just an embarrassing situation. It can also be a fun experience and an unforgettable memory.
