En: "First and foremost, today is not over yet," Abraham smiled as he returned to stirring the hot chocolate on the counter, "We prepare everything on the spot, hence the delays. Sorry for the wait."

He: "הקפה שלנו חד פעמי, אני עונה על השיחות כשאני רואה שיש לי זמן והאורחים שלנו יודעים שאם הם מזמינים מנה שנדרשת להכנה מיוחדת, יהיה עיכוב."
En: Rachel, who overheard the conversation, chimed in: "Our coffee is a one-time experience, I take orders when I see I have time, and our guests know that if they order a dish that requires special preparation, there will be a delay."

He: "הבנה מסוימת התחילה להבליט את ניצוצה בעיניו של דיוויד. "זיהוי של מה שאתם מתכוונים ל'זמן הישראלי'?" שאל, מרחם את המספרים במחשבתו.

He: "די בדיוק!" חייכה רחל, אז הוסיפה אברהם: "אצלנו מכניסים את ההמתנה עם הפרטנר, החברים והמשפחה שאיתם אתה יושב. זה מה שנקרא 'זמן ישראלי'".
En: "Exactly!" Rachel smiled, then Abraham added, "With us, waiting time is spent with partners, friends, and family you are sitting with. This is what we call 'Israeli time'."

He: עם ההבנה הזו, הביע דיוויד תודה עמוקה ושלווה. העיניים שלו שקעו על העיר החומה שבמרחק, מתהדרת בגוונים של השקיעה.
